At Ved Herbs & Ved Classy, each order is carefully prepared and packed with great care. Most of our products are personal care items such as powders, creams, and oils, which are made or packed specifically after an order is placed.

Due to the hygiene and personal-use nature of these products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processing has started, as products are prepared specifically for each order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for products once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please send:

• An uncut opening video of the package

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

• Your order details

Without an uncut opening video, we will not be able to process any claims.
